Once an olive oil mill and home to many local families, now a center for education and an event venue.

Finca Cautivador is a family-run business that started with the wedding of Sivan and Joscha in 2024 and the wish to open this beautiful place to the public for events and weddings.

Nestled in the heart of the Costa Blanca, 10 minutes from the historic coastal town of Altea, Finca Cautivador was established approximately 250 years ago. In its beginnings and for many generations, the finca was home to many local families, serving as a vital hub for the community. Its historic olive oil mill pressed olives from the entire region, playing a key role in the area's agricultural traditions.

In more recent years the finca went from being a peaceful retreat center, welcoming those in search of rest and inspiration, to being completely abandoned for a decade. In 2016, it became the home of AIS Altea International School, a vibrant educational center fostering learning and growth.

We at Finca Cautivador are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience not just for couples looking to celebrate their weddings but also for a variety of other memorable events. Our mission is to create an unforgettable atmosphere for all occasions, from seminars, family celebrations and corporate functions, to community gatherings and educational workshops.
